1) Plant is located around 40 kms from Indore City. So you can understand the pain of travelling. 2) 6 days of working. 3) No HR policies at all. No ownership taken by Indian team, from small to big decision taken by France team. Thus, the whole team is working as a Slave in India. 4) Don't fall on the trap of its parent company name APERAM. Aperam don't even recognise it as their own company.
