Nothing as of now. Some pieces of Advice: - Should build a strong team of Senior Developers and Technical Architect. - Provide healthy work culture to everyone ( Even freshers )

1. Toxic work culture 2. No Work life balance 3. less pay 4. Politics and favouritism 5. Discrimination between Kolkata and Jaipur staff. Less priority given to Jaipur staff 6. Less Experienced people 7. No career growth 8. If you have more than 5 years of experience then please don't apply for the job here. Because there is no one here who can take your interview and your interview will end up with asking jQuery syntax 9. Lack of leadership 10. Managers are inexperienced and they put all the pressure on juniors 11. A few managers screams on there juniors 12. Managers can call you even in midnight and weekend and ask you to finish some work calling it as urgent

The company has an amazing work culture and the management is very friendly. The learning curve in the organisation is amazing and is the best place for any new employee, especially the freshers.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is a problem but the company is working on improving that. No of the people in the organisation needs to improve for it to become the next big thing as it has all the capabilities.

It's very unlikely that there exist an working environment like Innoraft. Working Time is flexible for the employee, No hierarchy, employees works in teams, employees are allowed to bring their innovation to the table.

Dislikes

A lot of Responsibility is given to employees, it's hard for those who do not love challenging work.
