Nothing as of now. Some pieces of Advice: - Should build a strong team of Senior Developers and Technical Architect. - Provide healthy work culture to everyone ( Even freshers )

1. Toxic work culture 2. No Work life balance 3. less pay 4. Politics and favouritism 5. Discrimination between Kolkata and Jaipur staff. Less priority given to Jaipur staff 6. Less Experienced people 7. No career growth 8. If you have more than 5 years of experience then please don't apply for the job here.
