- Job security and Politics of Seniors who are present for a long time. - Training program are worst. - Work pressure ( In most project u may have to work 9-10hrs avg).

It's very unlikely that there exist an working environment like Innoraft. Working Time is flexible for the employee, No hierarchy, employees works in teams, employees are allowed to bring their innovation to the table.

Dislikes

A lot of Responsibility is given to employees, it's hard for those who do not love challenging work.

It's very nice to work in Innoraft, you don't have to wait for weekend to enjoy, Every day some challenging task is given and also allowed to discuss with any employees

The company has an amazing work culture and the management is very friendly. The learning curve in the organisation is amazing and is the best place for any new employee, especially the freshers.
