They take freshers. And give them a chance to work.

Dislikes

Salary delayed in every month. Toxic work culture. Basically the hire authority who control the whole office they are not proper educated. Don't have a proper leave office time.

Please note this is only about INIFD HITECH CITY HYDERABAD. There is nothing you can like about this company as in the name of an institute they just do business with the students. They are not at all bothered about their future. They just want to earn fame n money through aggresssive advertisement. They treat students as clients and ask the faculties to do the same. In other words your designation can be a faculty but you need not be more than a salesman.

...w clients/students as per their term and they are not paid for such extra hours. But if you are late by 5mins your salary will be deducted. Worst is when the rule changes frequently just by words of the director.she suddenly declared saturdays as working days with a 1day prior notice that too without extra pay and if you fail to come your salary will get deducted as per the day.

Centre manager is terrible the work culture is terrible. They don’t even offer notice period for counsellor. Centre manager is a terrible person he hires counsellor during season and dosent even inform them that it’s contractual.

institute head humiliates infront of anyone. Doesn't care about their employee and their needs. No proper communication between employees and they claim there is no partiality but there is. Think before joining.

It is really good experience to teaching. What you are learning in during study life you have to make efforts to improve your skills and students questions answere. So it's really good experience that you teaching someone because you are learning too much during this experience.
