Please note this is only about INIFD HITECH CITY HYDERABAD. There is nothing you can like about this company as in the name of an institute they just do business with the students. They are not at all bothered about their future. They just want to earn fame n money through aggresssive advertisement. They treat students as clients and ask the faculties to do the same. In other words your designation can be a faculty but you need not be more than a salesman....Read More

Saturdays are simply non productive. Faculties are asked to come just to attract new clients/students as per their term and they are not paid for such extra hours. But if you are late by 5mins your salary will be deducted. Worst is when the rule changes frequently just by words of the d irector.she suddenly declared saturdays as working days with a 1day prior notice that too without extra pay and if you fail to come your salary will get deducted as per the day....Read More

nothing. rules are changed every now n then without prior notice. sudden rules are declared by whatsapp only. As its a franchise its completely a sole proprietorship business, so the director makes time changes, increment of only 5% a year as per her wish. pampers when she requires you and forgets on the very next day.
