Dislikes

Nobody has clear idea about future. While Job security isnt an issue, what we as an individual or organization will be/want to be isnt all that clear. You might see presentations being made about vision. While this seems all hunky-dory, what actually happens doesnt really align with what is said. Very less growth opportunities, especially once you reach a certain level. If you are looking for good growth, make sure you get a clear idea during interview, before you join. Overall opinion i would still say is quite good.

Culture at chennai office was pretty much good, except one thing.. respect for people from other places... Especially if you r non tamil, you kind of have neglect lot of things like they just don't exist.... Else it is great company to work for...

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
