They will hold 10 days salary+ if short fall notice period days amount will be deducted in 1 month notice period salary. Don't join if you have home loan and bachelor employee, you will face lots of financial issue during notice period. 4. They will use employee as source to generate revenue for their company. Lot's of internal politics. 5. Poor IT infrastructure. 6. No health/life insurance policies for employees. 7. no bus service. 8. company does not provide lunch. 9. HR not supportive during notice period. 10. Don't have proper leave policy.

It has one of the best working culture and work flexibility no compulsion of 8 hours if you complete early you may leave but during project deliveries if not completed task it might lead to work late night

Low hierarchy designation for which you are selected and the work that you most of the time differs a lot.

LYB dept dont have good projects and in LYB work is just like 3rd party contract job. Office location ia not good
