...ortive. 3. HR hidden policy. During notice period you will face financial issue. They will hold 10 days salary+ if short fall notice period days amount will be deducted in 1 month notice period salary. Don't join if you have home loan and bachelor employee, you will face lots of financial issue during notice period. 4. They will use employee as source to generate revenue for their company. Lot's of internal politics. 5. Poor IT infrastructure. 6. No health/life insurance policies for employees. 7. no bus service. 8. company does not provide lunch. 9. HR not supportive during notice period. 10. Don't have proper leave policy.
