Good work life balance along with a good culture. One can learn really well in some good projects.

Salary payscale structure seems to be very disappointing. The overall increment is very poor. Less projects for development as a fresher.

Almost everything is great about Infosys . Managers are great. Work Culture is awsome. No such pressure initially. Can easily manage home and work specially in case of women's.
