I feel that the frequency of promotions or appraisals could be increased to further boost employee morale. 5. ...mes fresh. Everything is ok at Infosys that's why still I did not leave Infosys. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair due to my hard work I am getting good salary hike and bonus every year

...k you as bad performer even though you are doing good throughout all cycles. 3. Another worst thing is no salary hike for the last 2 years. 4.There will be lot of work pressure where you can not attend any internal trainings as well. Please don't join in Infosys especially in Finacle.

I am personally able to work on my professional and personal life balance. Salary wise yes everyone wants to earn more but the level of work i am doing i am getting paid for the same. I can't expect to work as an associate and dream to earn CEO salary.
