While the company is great, there’s always room for improvement in streamlining internal processes for better efficiency. 3. ...k you as bad performer even though you are doing good throughout all cycles. 3. Another worst thing is no salary hike for the last 2 years. 4.There will be lot of work pressure where you can not attend any internal trainings as well. Please don't join in Infosys especially in Finacle.

I am personally able to work on my professional and personal life balance. Salary wise yes everyone wants to earn more but the level of work i am doing i am getting paid for the same. I can't expect to work as an associate and dream to earn CEO salary.

Earning 9.5lpa with 7.5years of experience chandigarh feels too low. Work is only of Manual Testing tied with the role of BA.
