The management is pathetic. If you are a good looking girl then this place is heaven for you. The manager will give you promotion and hike and everything. If you are honest and hard working guy then this place is not for you. The HR there is just for the namesake, they won't even pick up the call The night shift allowance is worse, you can't even get a pair of jeans from Zudio with that allowance. They ask you to come on time but they become blind if we are extending the shift. The yearly hike that they will provide is 1% pr 2% without shame. The CEO is asking to work for 70 hrs but not ready to provide the salary on that level. If you are stuck in Infosys and your project is good then it is ok, if not then try to change the project or change the company. I left without having any offer in my hand and after that I got another organisation which is way better than this shit company.

My salary is not increased yet, i have completed 2 years at Infosys. No increment, no appraisal.

My Salary not increased, no work life balance, company thinks we employees are robots, need to work at any cost, no UPL allowed, if you want to take leaves you will need to inform a month ago. 2 years I have completed, no appraisal, your good work will not be apricated.

Infosys is bestest company among the all parameters except salary just because of very less salary I left company otherwise I would have continue to work in Infosys forever other than salary I Love Infosys it's my dream company forever

Company culture is good its a good point but i need to mentioned something that is company improves company environment so its basically company growth is good but in that company employees are not happy with packages and this is the main part company need to be improves.. I know only my opinion and my comments not going to make any changes but i am just giving you dissatisfaction feedback.

...s company.. And don't give me job security reason and work life balance reason.. Because i am spending 5 years with this company and i am getting 23k salary after 5 years with promotions😂..so there is no good at all with this company.. Don't ask employees for feedback because this is not work at all.

Really a very good working environment, and job security is very good, office culture , benifits , mainly employee benefits, salary credit,and company policies everything was good
