...ntractual employee is harassing me every day on direction of ceo and manager. 2. Ceo is marking attendances daily running my interview and no salary. 3. When i ask salary to ceo then he isasking to be on bench. 4. No selection in upsc as ceo is showing my work incomplete to impress all the girls inside or outside infosys. 5. No marriage. 6. No child 7. No talk with and MAKING FOOL. 8. Harassing and unnatural behavior by ceo hr manager team lead onsite manager and principal consultant 9. No visit or job in usa even after the best 1qualifications. 10. Ceo is picking up onsite salary and money to kill me. Parent's are saving.

Working in Infosys is a good experience. Infosys- my Dream first company. Training in Mysore will be exceptional I can guarantee you that. Sorry for the Lateral entry folks. Thing I like the most is People of Infosys. Work culture is like that it will always motivate you to give your 150%. Campus is beautiful. Regular Innovation presentation will engage you to trending technologies.

Nothing to dislike. But Yes there are few things that dissatisfied me is low salary, promotion.

...ave to spoil anyone's career. HR is for manager protection and not for employee. You will join and leave the company at the same salary. Employee going on sick leave is also used against them during appraisals. Initiatives like IJP, salary correction and appraisals are all hoax. For internal job posting IJP they offer standard hike of 17% and move all increment into performance bonus and retirals. Your in hand will be less post promotion.

... are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.

I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.

No hike even after 2 years accross all levels. Believes in lean team thereby increasing work pressure on all resources constantly. Expects resources to stretch and has no regards for personal life and work life ⚖️.
