They dont pay well no job security even they treat you like school going children you wont get any reimbursement offered previously even security is rude towards you and think highly of themselves

Good atmosphere and culture. Transparent management. Lots of recreational facilities. Good for starting professional career.

Dislikes

Good career growth but salary growth is on the downside. Notice period is of 3 months for employees in a project.

The campus and infrastructure are good, with decent opportunities to learn new skills

Hypocritical management, terrible compensation, toxic work culture where the people on bench are zombies without work or aim, and those with projects are overworked with very low compensation across the board.

... are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.

Dislikes

I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.
