Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...ckage while us working for a client day and night and getting nothing out of it. I am writing this at 3 AM finished overtime without any additoinal pay + no hikes. It's really frustrating. I am planning to leave it soon! if youre fresher and looking for start of your career then it's okay but it'll never worth until they pay fairly.

From a fresher perspective, the campus, the exposure to IT world is a great experience and you can learn with infosys learning platform lex. It's a great start.

Dislikes

... for fresher people. People have to leave the company after 2.5-3 years to grow. Because for the same amount of work, the market salary will be minimum of 3x times. Even for senior roles also, the hikes and all is bare minimum.
