Infosys is taking all the precautionary measures to fight against COVID-19. Most of the employees are working from home based on the projects.Based on client requirements some of them are going to office and even in the campus they are maintaining social distancing with all the precautions. Example : Regular Temparature checks, using Sanitaisers in every place, maintaining social distancing on the floor, food courts, buses and in campus, etc. I'm happy to be a part of this organization. Thanks

Very less hike in the salaries for all the employees from juniors till seniors. Organization like This can pay btr than this is my opinion.

The Company is very good to start, As it gave me immense confidence while traing at Mysore and it increased my Confidence and it gave me a lot to learn with the help of trainings which iam interested and updating my skills and the teamleads and coliqs and all we are like a family at workplace, loving a lot the wrk environment and looking to be part in future...

The compensation is not upto the expectation these the main cause for most of the ppl don't like in this organisation and we get appreciation from Leads and Managers but at appraisal they wil not give us the good rating and says U have to improve little more and i says this will be the cause don't like and leave the Org...other than this rest all the things are very good...

During pregnancy puts me in PIP when i returned from maternity leave even after clearing PIP gives bad ratings . May be they will asked me to resign in coming weeks I am single mother i dont know how i can deal with it

Working culture is totally depends upon client and project. For our project there WFO-hybrid is not mandatory upto JL5 l, so that is good thing for me.

Dislikes

...pened sonce last 3 years, no project party, no team lunch, no diwali bonus/gift. Comp-off will get if you worked for 2 days then only you get 1 comp-off, no extra pay.

I like working at Infosys Ltd because of the positive work environment and the campus, which is full of greenery. It creates a refreshing and peaceful atmosphere that enhances productivity and overall well-being.

What I dislike about working at Infosys Ltd is the salary and promotion rating system. The salary is quite low, and even though I received a promotion, the increment was not significant. Moreover, I haven’t received an appraisal in the last three years, which has been quite discouraging.
