For a fresher almost everything about Infosys can easily trump any other company at least in India. Having stayed more than a decade, few of such attractions hold up. What still holds up is the amazing Infrastructure and state-of-the-art campus where you can explore any aspect related to sports, gym, clubs etc.

Dislikes

Low salary, stagnation in growth. Services-based models like Infosys re-affirm the fact that you need to switch every 3 years in this mode to keep salary at par and growth as per your expectations.

Good culture, Good perks and benefits, Good salary and their LT is Good.

As of now it's only about the processes, there are a lot of processes and it's very confusing to know whom to contact for which. Even at the client side there are a ton of documentations and all.

People do not capture TT tables for whole day, they let others also to play 5 min even though they don't have their own Racket. Big Pantry Big campus Many Restaurants inside campus

.... I am taking about 2017-2024 period. Some part of Variable also taken away .. Leave encashment - basic pay only. NI rating was given intentionally without any warning.. HR are unaware of Notice Period policies.. I wanted 5 day early release from company . Initially some HR said possible, later they said not possible. And I had to spend 90 days full .

On-time salary, no arguements for taking leaves. work life balance is fine. Can vary based on project.

very less chance for promotions, appraisals and everytime too much unnecessary deductions on variable pay.

A sense of job security as there are many projects. But this is not guaranteed.

Dislikes

No salary hikes. Work life balance reflects it's founder Mr Murthy's ideology 70 hours unofficial. They are reluctant to provide WFH although all your team members work from different offices.
