I hate this old company .It's the British ruled ,like that manager who are poor in technical knowledge will screw unwanted 100 times.Forget about promotion and hike.Ethics of company is solid but now all devil managers are eating it ,like intestine of techie to survive.All thorns techie or fresher and pie manager will eat.Hr very horrible,they listen manager,deaf n dumb on managers.If minus rating would be there,I would have given.Worked here 4 years and now realising,good to be farmer at hometown.

Managers will never appreciate you,no hike ,no promotion,only happens when hair turns white.I would suggest donot burn your youth energy in this company rather own a tea stall or be farmer at hometown.Very strict review.

...d hike percentage usually do not cross single digits irrespective of top rating. Example, If salary is 100. JL6 - fixed pay-30% var - 5-15% super annuation - 30% tax bracket from govtd = 100-30-5% sa - 20% tax assumption=45 rs, so you get 45 at hand of your ctc is at 100 Similarly 20%var for JL5 and 10% var for JL4 Just do the math and how under par salary.

...ave to spoil anyone's career. HR is for manager protection and not for employee. You will join and leave the company at the same salary. Employee going on sick leave is also used against them during appraisals. Initiatives like IJP, salary correction and appraisals are all hoax. For internal job posting IJP they offer standard hike of 17% and move all increment into performance bonus and retirals. Your in hand will be less post promotion.

... are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.

I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.

No hike even after 2 years accross all levels. Believes in lean team thereby increasing work pressure on all resources constantly. Expects resources to stretch and has no regards for personal life and work life ⚖️.
