Skill Development They have Lex portal Which more then university or wikipedia of technology , you can learn any technology from there as per your time also skill trainnig is provided

...oject i.e, Proximus and Telenet where Gpm is rude they dont even talk properly. I have joined as fresher no hike,no pormotion in 2.7 years of working, in project like EOS they forced us to work more the 14 to 15 hours daily this went for next 6 month .

...ckage while us working for a client day and night and getting nothing out of it. I am writing this at 3 AM finished overtime without any additoinal pay + no hikes. It's really frustrating. I am planning to leave it soon! if youre fresher and looking for start of your career then it's okay but it'll never worth until they pay fairly.

...People in top management don't care about employees'growth. 3. Joined Infosys??? Forget about getting any yearly salary hike, for as many years as you decide to stay in the company. Reason could be any -You don't meet the no. Of work years criteria / Company is not growing (but paying good dividends to share holders) / Mmmm....HR and Manager don't have any idea WHY? / Please wait for 1-2 months to get an update. 4.
