...w salary, management are divided on statewise if your mangager belongs to state which you belong them your salary hike,promotion is fixed but if not then you have zero value to your knowledge n hard work,biased management, if you want to survive like me for 5 yrs then do donkey work,ignore all bullshits happens in management level,do your work get salary n go home

Company culture is good its a good point but i need to mentioned something that is company improves company environment so its basically company growth is good but in that company employees are not happy with packages and this is the main part company need to be improves.. I know only my opinion and my comments not going to make any changes but i am just giving you dissatisfaction feedback.

Because i am spending 5 years with this company and i am getting 23k salary after 5 years with promotions😂..so there is no good at all with this company.. Earning 9.5lpa with 7.5years of experience chandigarh feels too low. Work is only of Manual Testing tied with the role of BA.
