...cts are support projects and there won’t be any kind of learning . No growth Salary structure also very tricky .. on paper salary will be very high but if you see take home it wil be like peanuts

World class infrastructure. Employees benifits like health insurance life insurance NPS are very good. Opportunity to switch career to different streams like consultant, power programmer, Digital solution specialist etc Hybrid work policy.

Dislikes

Inequality in salary for same designation. Those who stick with company can expect an average salary hike of 3 to 4% only. Very low onsite salary. Your growth depends on the unit you belongs.
