The company culture. The workload management. And the prime thing of the company is the trainings provided by the company for the employees is a good thing.

Dislikes

The salary is not a satisfactory thing. You will get all possible facilities, various eating options, beautiful campus, work satisfaction but the amount you get is unsatisfactory, you are underpaid. Plus the compensation and increments are not properly paid. Bad office politics which is sadly a avoidable thing. Sometimes the workload is very high and putting extra efforts by working 14-15 hours your work is not being appreciated by the seniors and and the manager. The managers get the work done from the employees as if the employees are robots. No value for an individual's efforts.

The management is pathetic. If you are a good looking girl then this place is heaven for you. The manager will give you promotion and hike and everything. If you are honest and hard working guy then this place is not for you. The HR there is just for the namesake, they won't even pick up the call The night shift allowance is worse, you can't even get a pair of jeans from Zudio with that allowance. They ask you to come on time but they become blind if we are extending the shift. The yearly hike that they will provide is 1% pr 2% without shame. The CEO is asking to work for 70 hrs but not ready to provide the salary on that level. If you are stuck in Infosys and your project is good then it is ok, if not then try to change the project or change the company. I left without having any offer in my hand and after that I got another organisation which is way better than this shit company.

...w salary, management are divided on statewise if your mangager belongs to state which you belong them your salary hike,promotion is fixed but if not then you have zero value to your knowledge n hard work,biased management, if you want to survive like me for 5 yrs then do donkey work,ignore all bullshits happens in management level,do your work get salary n go home

I like the company culture. Good place to work here specially for ladies it is very safe. Good team members.

Salary is not good here. Every year employees hike will be 5-10% only. Very difficult to servive for outsiders.

Company culture is good its a good point but i need to mentioned something that is company improves company environment so its basically company growth is good but in that company employees are not happy with packages and this is the main part company need to be improves.. I know only my opinion and my comments not going to make any changes but i am just giving you dissatisfaction feedback.

...s company.. And don't give me job security reason and work life balance reason.. Because i am spending 5 years with this company and i am getting 23k salary after 5 years with promotions😂..so there is no good at all with this company.. Don't ask employees for feedback because this is not work at all.
