Salray structure and limited promtions, no system to Retaintion process of old employees who has resign, no body interested to retain current employee, hr does not even conduct exit inter views, No system to give growth to tenuere employee, when we show 5 and more years commitment for company and we not even get salray growth or no promotion so why would employee stay. No cordintion between operations and infosys other department, operations work so hard day and night and the management people don't care about it they decided policy only in interest of company profit don't think of employee needs and requirements, worst ploicy makers are there in whole india. Which company takes money from employee for using facilities, like parking, transport, gym, library etc it should be free...Read More
