...mes fresh. Everything is ok at Infosys that's why still I did not leave Infosys. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair due to my hard work I am getting good salary hike and bonus every year

Behavior of management team, salary increments in peanuts, learning about technology is absolutely nil, quality role is junk work, too much office politics, no proper performance review process it's manager dependant,

Salary Work is dependent on the project what you are getting. If they given you manual testing then it is so hard to change to automation unless you are good experienced with automation.

Although it depends on project, but till now for me it's been good working here, not much pressure and good stability and job security. I get leave whenever I want. I am still working from home after manager's approval, even though infosys have mandated it.

...ger to align me with a better project but they don't care what you want or like. Don't expect anything in Salary and Appraisal/Hike dept. I've been working without any increment from last 3 years.
