Behavior of management team, salary increments in peanuts, learning about technology is absolutely nil, quality role is junk work, too much office politics, no proper performance review process it's manager dependant,

Big campus in bangalore and mysore. Can book stay for family members also.

Weeken interview complusions, too much of micromanagement, managers bossism, no recognition and compensation for real working employees

While work-life balance, salary, and appraisals may seem less than ideal, the positive aspects of skill development, personality development, exposure to working with people from different cultures, and easy learning opportunities far outweigh these less positive factors. once an infoscion always an infoscion!!

It’s all depend on the project you will receive. I got a very good project and team members. So its all went very well.

Dislikes

Recognition of work is not good . If we do good work we will get more work. Also salary hikes is very bad.In this expensive life style their salary is not good.
