1.Low salary 2.Hike : only happens after minimum of 2 years(6 month probation+ 1 year assessment period(sept to Oct cycle) + actual hike after 9 months in next year July with no arrears) 3.Work is very low quality. It's only laborious) 4. No culture in company like team lunch 5 Not even a chocolate given as Diwali gift

Company can provide a great work life balance if you are under right leadership. You get ample of time to learn and grow. Campus and infrastructure is a delight.

Dislikes

Doesn’t pay well to match global standards. Increments are rare and variable payouts are way lesser than that’s promised in your CTC. Grade progression takes time and depends on your leadership.

Nothing as such to like here except infrastructure.

All things, no work life balance, no hike, no promotion, some times 7 days work in a week and that too 13-15 hr per day..and after all this no confirmation. It sucks..

Learning & Skill development scope is excellent

Dislikes

When you join as lateral and spend couple of years in the organization your salary seems to be as is and organization is least bothered about it, as if, you have to resign and then they'll think of it (to increase package). Its almost they'll compel you to leave and then they try to retain.

Only a few negatives: Compensation is slightly below industry standard Unable to apply business learnings; focus is mostly on technology... So, if you are interested in learning business skills, probably not a right organization for you.
