Dislikes

Literally no salary hike. Even after good appraisal, I got around 2-3k hike. Top it off with parking charges, Infosys foundation donations and we get nothing in hand. Company really needs to value its employees and pay them the salary they deserve.

Stuck at low salary
I have been working in the same company for more than 3 years with no hike. Got hike this year in single digit which is again frustrating. Earning 9.5lpa with 7.5years of experience chandigarh feels too low. Work is only of Manual Testing tied with the role of BA. Planning to move towards python automation but need to work from home due to family conditions. Please suggest are there any companies offering wfh with good salary hike and how can I increase my chance to get hike more than 80% if I m planning to switch within this year?
