It’s all depend on the project you will receive. I got a very good project and team members. So its all went very well.

Dislikes

Recognition of work is not good . If we do good work we will get more work. Also salary hikes is very bad.In this expensive life style their salary is not good.

Likes

Good infrastructure and opportunity to work on large scale projects. The work culture largely depends on the manager, in my experience, it was excellent, all my team members were very helpfull.

Dislikes

Considering the industry standards, salary provided is too low. Employees cannot choose to work in their desired tech. Senior management is quite good at ignoring its employees efforts.

We need to beg for Salary hike and Appraisal . Utilisation of bench employee like one person in bench with skills. One manager need that person in their project that persons manager won't allow to go their and work

You'll never be dropped unless you are in bench, also there is not much stress or pressure from anyone, but this depends on the project/client. I'm still working in Hybrid mode, I prefer remote but 10 days of office per month is not bad though.

Dislikes

Rating and appraisal is just for name sake, you'll continue to get the same salary for years until you get promoted. Infosys doesn't care about employees much. Even if you are applying papers, no body will come and ask you why and try to match the offer to not to let you go. Instead they'll just tell good luck and that's it. If you are rich and just need a job for pocket money, Infosys is the best.

...ike almost all outdoor & indoor games, world class gyms, dancing , programs,etc. Cons - as most of the employess are frshers so salary benifits are compremised, no salary hikes for years ( though you get its very minimal ), only designation will get changed but salary will not.
