...mes fresh. Everything is ok at Infosys that's why still I did not leave Infosys. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair due to my hard work I am getting good salary hike and bonus every year

Behavior of management team, salary increments in peanuts, learning about technology is absolutely nil, quality role is junk work, too much office politics, no proper performance review process it's manager dependant,

A lot actually, starting from HR analysis leading to skewed policy. To salary scale to quality of work. Basically they will be trapped in the typical IT service providers zone.. And nothing more if not corrected

My salary is not increased yet, i have completed 2 years at Infosys. No increment, no appraisal.

My Salary not increased, no work life balance, company thinks we employees are robots, need to work at any cost, no UPL allowed, if you want to take leaves you will need to inform a month ago. 2 years I have completed, no appraisal, your good work will not be apricated.
