They make fake promises, Initially they call you by the name of WOM and later throw you at MCMW or MFMW. canteen is nothing but a mess with fixed timing.

Working in WOM is like working with our family ; all staffs are so co-operative and big thanks to WOM Co. MD Mr. Sudhir Puranik Sir because of only him this all is going so good.

Double standard behaviour for contract base employees As compared to the permanent employees. And also facilities are different for permanent and different for contractual employees

It's great experience. I learned a lot of things here, technical and non technical as wel. I aware with API standards, procedures here. Its a brain storming experience and chalenging experience here.

You get to learn a lot technically about valves and also about basic mechanical processes such as forging, casting, HT, welding, Machining etc. Also good for quality people as lot of NDT testing happens there.

Dislikes

As a organization it is very poor and you really don't get anything to learn in terms of organization processes.
