Can join the company and stay for long.. Do not expect salary growth but expect lot of learning apportunity exposer to customer, exposure to MNC culture, exposure to the standards and processes that industry follows... Expect onsite opportunity and can stay for life long once you switch from infosys.. As you go ahead in higher post you will get stock options. It's a retirement company..

Dislikes

Yearly salary growth. You have to raise your voice for the growth. Sometimes chattu type ppl gets growth before good performer. You need to be aware about such ppl and raise voice, or save your self.

Onshore visa initiations are nominated irrespective of person travelled or not as part of retainment philosophy.

...d hike percentage usually do not cross single digits irrespective of top rating. Example, If salary is 100. JL6 - fixed pay-30% var - 5-15% super annuation - 30% tax bracket from govtd = 100-30-5% sa - 20% tax assumption=45 rs, so you get 45 at hand of your ctc is at 100 Similarly 20%var for JL5 and 10% var for JL4 Just do the math and how under par salary.

...ave to spoil anyone's career. HR is for manager protection and not for employee. You will join and leave the company at the same salary. Employee going on sick leave is also used against them during appraisals. Initiatives like IJP, salary correction and appraisals are all hoax. For internal job posting IJP they offer standard hike of 17% and move all increment into performance bonus and retirals. Your in hand will be less post promotion.

No hike even after 2 years accross all levels. Believes in lean team thereby increasing work pressure on all resources constantly. Expects resources to stretch and has no regards for personal life and work life ⚖️.
