The management is pathetic. If you are a good looking girl then this place is heaven for you. The manager will give you promotion and hike and everything. If you are honest and hard working guy then this place is not for you. The HR there is just for the namesake, they won't even pick up the call The night shift allowance is worse, you can't even get a pair of jeans from Zudio with that allowance. They ask you to come on time but they become blind if we are extending the shift. The yearly hike that they will provide is 1% pr 2% without shame. The CEO is asking to work for 70 hrs but not ready to provide the salary on that level. If you are stuck in Infosys and your project is good then it is ok, if not then try to change the project or change the company. I left without having any offer in my hand and after that I got another organisation which is way better than this shit company.

Company culture is good its a good point but i need to mentioned something that is company improves company environment so its basically company growth is good but in that company employees are not happy with packages and this is the main part company need to be improves.. I know only my opinion and my comments not going to make any changes but i am just giving you dissatisfaction feedback.

...s company.. And don't give me job security reason and work life balance reason.. Because i am spending 5 years with this company and i am getting 23k salary after 5 years with promotions😂..so there is no good at all with this company.. Don't ask employees for feedback because this is not work at all.

Really a very good working environment, and job security is very good, office culture , benifits , mainly employee benefits, salary credit,and company policies everything was good

Its my first company and very good place to start my career with a good environment and also big campus no where else we can see it. As i been served for 5 years i am completely satisfied with my job and also job security. Everybody as an equal opportunity towards the growth and promotion. Saftey for Women Employee should be appreciated. Night shift also secured for women employee. Its a best place to work.

...there to dislike this company, all luxuries and comforts given to all employees. The only thing Salary is comparatively less as per market standards.
