Working environment in agile is very good. Ambience and infrastructure is very unique and top class. All the places from entering to exit points are very neat and clean with high maintenance. Big food courts are there. The persons who wants to learn new technology this company is perfect for them. They provide e-learning on web ex also.

I joined after my BCA,,we'll get random project(that too not of our interested are),rarely get to work with technologies,after 1.9 yrs you will be prompted as senior operations executive, after this you have to wait for another 1.5 yrs at least to be promoted for some other role.

For OE, very low pay, very bad work-life balance, same work with other collics but less pay. Been in the very bottom of JL so growth is very slow. You expect 45k only when you complete 5yrs

Need advice in choosing the company. I have an offer with TCS with 10% variable and another offer with ICE almost same CTC but 20% annual bonus. For ICE, the HR says that the company will be paying 100% of the 20% bonus annually and the only criteria for this bonus is I should be an employee of the company (not resigned/serving notice period while the bonus is paid out) unlike TCS which pays quarterly, and the bonus amount depends on various criteria like company's performance, unit performance, employee ratings, etc and it may not be 100%. Please advice me if I should trust the ICE hr and go with the offer. If someone working for ICE, Please let me know how this "Bonus" Concept works in ICE. Edit: 20% bonus mentioned is included in ctc. With 20% bonus included the ICE offer matches TCS offer,for exmpl if TCS is offering 100(90+10 variable)ICE is offer same(80+20 bonus) & this bonus will be paid without any deductions whre as in TCS 10 variable may vary depending on multiple factors
