I liked the job as a security in Infosys..for me it's a greate opportunity and I'm satisfied with this, if I talk about it's work culture there is so Many cultural activities and I also participated in all the sports games, the management of company is very good and best. they manage according to company environment. In Last if i talk about the company policies.. I think they made its policies in favour of their employees..the Infosys company is best company and I'm very thankful that this company give me chance to do work as a employee.

Dislikes

...loyees salary according to their benefits and it's not good for employees needs. Employees are working hardly day and night for salary benefits which company is providing if they only decrease the salary then how employees deal with it.

A sense of job security as there are many projects. But this is not guaranteed.

Dislikes

No salary hikes. Work life balance reflects it's founder Mr Murthy's ideology 70 hours unofficial. They are reluctant to provide WFH although all your team members work from different offices.

I think other than events and campus nothing is good about Infosys I didn't enjoy it much bcoz even after working for 4 years if your salary is still 3.7LPA idk what to say. Makes no sense. Progression and promotions are so nonsense system

To retain projects they renew contracts by reducing the amount and cutting employees from the project which leads to lots of work year on year on one person.

2 way cabs for night shift employee Salary on time If you are in electronic City campus then you will like gym, and ball game area.

The management is pathetic. If you are a good looking girl then this place is heaven for you. The manager will give you promotion and hike and everything. If you are honest and hard working guy then this place is not for you. The HR there is just for the namesake, they won't even pick up the call The night shift allowance is worse, you can't even get a pair of jeans from Zudio with that allowance. They ask you to come on time but they become blind if we are extending the shift. The yearly hike that they will provide is 1% pr 2% without shame. The CEO is asking to work for 70 hrs but not ready to provide the salary on that level. If you are stuck in Infosys and your project is good then it is ok, if not then try to change the project or change the company. I left without having any offer in my hand and after that I got another organisation which is way better than this shit company.

They have good ambience and the work is not that much and team bonding is okay. Nothing much to say here.

Dislikes

They provide zero development scope and the salary will remains same even after years of working hard as they will say market is down even if each unit is making profit in billions.
