Stuck at low salary
I have been working in the same company for more than 3 years with no hike. Got hike this year in single digit which is again frustrating. Earning 9.5lpa with 7.5years of experience chandigarh feels too low. Work is only of Manual Testing tied with the role of BA. Planning to move towards python automation but need to work from home due to family conditions. Please suggest are there any companies offering wfh with good salary hike and how can I increase my chance to get hike more than 80% if I m planning to switch within this year?

Job security and compensation. Although appraisal salary hike can be better and the availability of job opportunities to be more at client locations ( Mumbai, Airoli).

Shifts precisely and the leave credits every quarter is not quite satisfactory with no segregation of the leaves, everything EL to be applied regardless of reasons. Also no matter how many leaves are pending that should be carry forward instead of those getting lapsed. :(

.... I am taking about 2017-2024 period. Some part of Variable also taken away .. Leave encashment - basic pay only. NI rating was given intentionally without any warning.. HR are unaware of Notice Period policies.. I wanted 5 day early release from company . Initially some HR said possible, later they said not possible. And I had to spend 90 days full .

...oject i.e, Proximus and Telenet where Gpm is rude they dont even talk properly. I have joined as fresher no hike,no pormotion in 2.7 years of working, in project like EOS they forced us to work more the 14 to 15 hours daily this went for next 6 month .

...ckage while us working for a client day and night and getting nothing out of it. I am writing this at 3 AM finished overtime without any additoinal pay + no hikes. It's really frustrating. I am planning to leave it soon! if youre fresher and looking for start of your career then it's okay but it'll never worth until they pay fairly.
