Company culture is good its a good point but i need to mentioned something that is company improves company environment so its basically company growth is good but in that company employees are not happy with packages and this is the main part company need to be improves.. I know only my opinion and my comments not going to make any changes but i am just giving you dissatisfaction feedback.

Earning 9.5lpa with 7.5years of experience chandigarh feels too low. Work is only of Manual Testing tied with the role of BA.
