...fill out mandatory form which has my basic details and previous company details. Then after 10 days I got a call from HR team for my HR discussion and salary discussion. Once I gave my expectations on salary he said we will get back in min 10 days for the confirmation on salary and offer letter. But within 3 days he called me again and asked for my previous company reviced compensation letter so I have shared him on main that too. So after 10 days I gave him a call but he simply said you are not shortlisted for the job... Arey I was totally blank I have rejected two more offers because of this company I have cleared HR discussion and all... Suddenly I was hearing that I was not shortlisted... I don't how come they can say just like this after completing HR discussion and salary discussion... Either they can negotiate the package or should accept it... But literally without any reason they rejected my profile... HR says I don't know the reason this is higher official decision. This is such a very very bad experience in my life.

...eration of sick leaves for employees. Limited leaves such as 20 leaves per year. No career growth or salary hike.

There is nothing to like in this company. Instead of giving salary hike they waste the money on destroying and re building the Buildings. They have lots of rules for male employees. Need to ware shoes. And I mean proper shoes. Even in rainy days they don't give you entry if you don't ware shoes. They don't trust employees there are check points every 500 meters. Also you need to walk at least 1 km from parking to the office.

Dislikes

Worst work culture ever. You don't not have any thing in your control. They can fire you any time without giving any notice period. No promotion. Lot of office politics. No one takes responsibility of any thing. Managers don't even pick your call.

I like working at Infosys Ltd because of the positive work environment and the campus, which is full of greenery. It creates a refreshing and peaceful atmosphere that enhances productivity and overall well-being.

Dislikes

What I dislike about working at Infosys Ltd is the salary and promotion rating system. The salary is quite low, and even though I received a promotion, the increment was not significant. Moreover, I haven’t received an appraisal in the last three years, which has been quite discouraging.

I work in Wongdoody-Infosys. Wongdoody is the design team. The work culture at Infosys overall is good. The work culture at Wongdoody-Infosys if slightly better. Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

The salary is so damn low! Plus they didn't give hike to folks past 2 years. On the other hand, they are hiring more people - I don't know what's the logic. Projects are okay-ish. You will get a great project very rarely.
