Salary is terrible if you stay for long time . If you are joining the company as fresher then switch the company in 3 years or else your package will be way less than your number of years of experience.

...d hike percentage usually do not cross single digits irrespective of top rating. Example, If salary is 100. JL6 - fixed pay-30% var - 5-15% super annuation - 30% tax bracket from govtd = 100-30-5% sa - 20% tax assumption=45 rs, so you get 45 at hand of your ctc is at 100 Similarly 20%var for JL5 and 10% var for JL4 Just do the math and how under par salary.

not at all a good company, no good pay no recognition no benefits nothing for the employees, never they will value your efforts and work done , in my 8 years I have not got any good experience from infosys

Salary compensation and appraisal is worst. I joined 3.6 lpa and having 3yr experience and my current compensation is 4.1 lpa
