Infosys is one the dream IT company for freshers . The salary and early hike is almost similar to other organization , basically what's more important is to learn technical skills early in our career then look to earn money, settle down plus learn how to deal with customers and bring business.

Being in Infosys is the best thing can happen to anybody. I cannot say it on the present scenario though. But when I entered Infosys, I was lucky to have been trained in the most beautiful training center in Asia, or even in the whole world I would say i.e. Mysore campus. Before Infosys freshers used to get trained in Mysore campus which is… HUGE!!! and amazing. But since it is getting overcrowded day by day, hence Infosys is planning to build training centers in many other states in their campuses.

No work life balance Very Very Very less salary, no hike Even promotion will not give you much hike.. My salary was 23k in hand when I was fresher, now it's 32k after 4 years of experience.

People do not capture TT tables for whole day, they let others also to play 5 min even though they don't have their own Racket. Big Pantry Big campus Many Restaurants inside campus

.... I am taking about 2017-2024 period. Some part of Variable also taken away .. Leave encashment - basic pay only. NI rating was given intentionally without any warning.. HR are unaware of Notice Period policies.. I wanted 5 day early release from company . Initially some HR said possible, later they said not possible. And I had to spend 90 days full .

A sense of job security as there are many projects. But this is not guaranteed.

Dislikes

No salary hikes. Work life balance reflects it's founder Mr Murthy's ideology 70 hours unofficial. They are reluctant to provide WFH although all your team members work from different offices.

Earning 9.5lpa with 7.5years of experience chandigarh feels too low. Work is only of Manual Testing tied with the role of BA.
