Infosys campus is really good you feel like you are in other country until you are in office.

Dislikes

Infosys always find ways to steal the Employee salary , It will deduct the hard earned employee salary irrespective of the reasons. Even you get the Outstanding rating for the hardwork you done there is no guarantee that you will get the Hike.

Values of the co-founders and all the world class infrastructure both work and Employee care facilities related, Learning platform, Flexible working hours, WFH of 9 days even before Pandemic, early decision to move to complete WFH in the initial stages of Pandemic.

Well maintained campus. Many Good avenues for self-learning are available. Good work life balance. Provides state of the art employee care facilities like gym, swimming pool, sports at a nominal fee. Internal Issue resolution tool (AHD) is very good.

Dislikes

Compensation is pathetically low. It is way below market standard and management simply dont care about this problem. This has forced many good and loyal employees to leave the company. Senior management (1/2 level above) dont listen to any career concerns or career aspirations of 1/2 level junior employees even if it is of great importance. They dont respond to call, email, chat etc. There is no proper escalation method. This is from my personal experience which forced me to take decision and part ways with this organization. Appraisals are meaningless here because there is no proper reward or benefit associated with it. Managers possess insignificant power to reward his team member. Attrition rate is historically one of the highest in market and there is no definite or concrete steps company takes to control it. Once team is changed, all discussions or plan a employee had with previous manager becomes null and void. New manager refuses to honor any commitment made to employee by previous manager.

i have joined as a technology Analyst with good offer when i am joining and skill development is good infosys itself provide separate app to get skilled our-self like LEX job security wise good in terms of career growth based on experience and rating work satisfaction is based on the project

i felt compensation and benefits only dislike here yearly hike not that much good but variable pay is based on the rating.

People do not capture TT tables for whole day, they let others also to play 5 min even though they don't have their own Racket. Big Pantry Big campus Many Restaurants inside campus

.... I am taking about 2017-2024 period. Some part of Variable also taken away .. Leave encashment - basic pay only. NI rating was given intentionally without any warning.. HR are unaware of Notice Period policies.. I wanted 5 day early release from company . Initially some HR said possible, later they said not possible. And I had to spend 90 days full .
