Good infrastructure and opportunity to work on large scale projects. The work culture largely depends on the manager, in my experience, it was excellent, all my team members were very helpfull.

Dislikes

Considering the industry standards, salary provided is too low. Employees cannot choose to work in their desired tech. Senior management is quite good at ignoring its employees efforts.

We need to beg for Salary hike and Appraisal . Utilisation of bench employee like one person in bench with skills. One manager need that person in their project that persons manager won't allow to go their and work

Work culture and policies. Good work life balance, if you are in a good project.

Dislikes

No hikes for the past several years, less pay in performance bonus. Getting promotions or on site is extremely difficult. Even if you get a promotion, a major share of your hike will be allocated to performance bonus, which you would never get fully.

...ike almost all outdoor & indoor games, world class gyms, dancing , programs,etc. Cons - as most of the employess are frshers so salary benifits are compremised, no salary hikes for years ( though you get its very minimal ), only designation will get changed but salary will not.

Good Brand Name Nice Campus Canteens ECC Onsite opportunity, when you leave to retain

...ng twice. Won't do to Juniors who rejects N number of projects, And roam freely. Variable Pay Low salary and still charges Parking charge, as if we are going to any mall to watch movie. Not seen this in any organisation.
