... are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.

Dislikes

I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.

Dislikes

A lot actually, starting from HR analysis leading to skewed policy. To salary scale to quality of work. Basically they will be trapped in the typical IT service providers zone.. And nothing more if not corrected

...ht this up many times in 9 months but it was not taken seriously. So I resigned. Office politics here you will loose job even after doing work of 4 people they will take free salary. You get so fed up that you have resign from the job.

Good work life balance in a lot of projects, but some projects including the one I work in, offer terrible work life balance. Facilities for employees are admirable. Campus is real good, green and eco friendly.

World class infrastructure. Employees benifits like health insurance life insurance NPS are very good. Opportunity to switch career to different streams like consultant, power programmer, Digital solution specialist etc Hybrid work policy.
