... projects be actually done in stipulated timelines they have brought in nothing. Basically Indian Service Companies are employing Cattle Feed Sheep for Clients at Peanuts of pay, sad state of reality.

Good exposure of work and work pressure

Dislikes

No hike even after 2 years accross all levels. Believes in lean team thereby increasing work pressure on all resources constantly. Expects resources to stretch and has no regards for personal life and work life ⚖️.

...this one is that company where employees never want to switch it another one. 1. Hike/ salary + Benifits ( Cab Provides) 2. Promotions 3. Onsite opportunities need to increase and give a more feasibility to work with new technologies (I.e, if any employee are from the infrastructure and want to move with the development or ai then they can move easily) . I belive practical is the fastest way to learning anything without knowledge.

A lot actually, starting from HR analysis leading to skewed policy. To salary scale to quality of work. Basically they will be trapped in the typical IT service providers zone.. And nothing more if not corrected
