Stringent working hours average of 9.15 hours everyday, Poor and sometimes no compensation, Higher management's attitude towards average performing employees I was highly disappointed by the way my exit was handled by my Unit heads and Managers. After giving almost 8 years to the organization noone bothered to call me during my notice period , to my shock i did not even get a reply to my good bye mail from my Manager, GPM and DM. This showed me the true nature of the management and that they only care for you till the time you are of use to them. I love Infosys, i worked faithfully ,cognizant of my duties till last day but this unprofessional behavior by the unit management left me extremely disappointed and fact that they will never realize how bad and unwanted it makes a leaving employee feel.

Work culture and policies. Good work life balance if you are in a good project.

Dislikes

No hikes for the past several years. Getting promotions or on site is extremely difficult. Even if you get a promotion, a major share of your hike will be allocated to performance bonus, which you would never get fully.

... are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.

I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.

A lot actually, starting from HR analysis leading to skewed policy. To salary scale to quality of work. Basically they will be trapped in the typical IT service providers zone.. And nothing more if not corrected

...ht this up many times in 9 months but it was not taken seriously. So I resigned. Office politics here you will loose job even after doing work of 4 people they will take free salary. You get so fed up that you have resign from the job.
