Good opportunities like bridge program and power program and also now the time for getting promotions is reduced. Good company to work as a lateral. Talented team members. Learning opportunities are high. Various benefits like higher education sponsorship

... to whoever is free without checking if the person will be able to do it or not. Not a good company to work as a fresher for more than 2 years as the pay is low but the expectations from the managers are high(They will ask us to work more than the laterals).

...ce 2. Huge work pressure due to few seniors don't know how to manage the work 3. Salary, promotions, hikes are very very less 4. Locked with project work and would not get more time to learn something else. Trainings will be going on but won't help us when we were stuck with lot of work.

Good Work Culture, work life balance is too good. Good learning experience and skill growth possibility is good.

Less salary compared to market, Even if we promotion also there will be no difference in salary increment compared to hike.

I like this company on many things but on salary slip they are cutting amount for building fund and vehicle parking fee and also removed encashment on leaves some other factors.
