... are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.

Dislikes

I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.

Likes

The review is soley Project based, I've worked in an Internal R&D project, which had flexible work timings and intensive and rapid shift in technology and softwares, which was quiet exciting and challenging to work.

Dislikes

The managers & HR have no concern for pur pay or hike, they do try but the higher management doesn't look into employee issues and the pay is damn low when compared to market.

Likes

Training is really good... basics and domain specific trainings were given very well. Best time spent at Mysore campus

... confirmation which was supposed to come 18 months after staying in the company. My salary wasn't hiked because of that and they didn't treat me well because of which I had to resign from the job.

its good working in the office which is very big and vast as compared to other companies

There are no salary hikes and promotion in this so i thought of shifting the company but other than that its good

Lots of people to socialise and build connections, lots of events, sports and games, cultural activities and awareness programs

Dislikes

Less hikes, promotions, less pay scale comparatively, resource pool not utilized properly, no incentives and shift allowances for some accounts, Poor collaboration between the higher and lower designated employees
