I am personally able to work on my professional and personal life balance. Salary wise yes everyone wants to earn more but the level of work i am doing i am getting paid for the same. I can't expect to work as an associate and dream to earn CEO salary.

... are support role no development work. Hike is very less sometimes no hike also. Offer letter shows high pay but in-hand salary will be very very less.
