Work life balance is very good. Some of the facilities are good because of big Campus.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Very poor compensation. No benefits. No gifts on festivals(not even a chocolate). Too long working hours. You have to stay at campus for completing your full hours everyday or else you should have work everyday. In monetary terms, not so good.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Only 20 leaves annually (5 per quarter, 4 per quarter if you're on probation). They are offering salary on basis of number of experience not with individual skills. Too many deductions in salary as per policy.

No hikes for the past several years. Getting promotions or on site is extremely difficult. Even if you get a promotion, a major share of your hike will be allocated to performance bonus, which you would never get fully.

Earning 9.5lpa with 7.5years of experience chandigarh feels too low. Work is only of Manual Testing tied with the role of BA.
