... Work environment and culture.teammate are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees

Onshore visa initiations are nominated irrespective of person travelled or not as part of retainment philosophy.

...d hike percentage usually do not cross single digits irrespective of top rating. Example, If salary is 100. JL6 - fixed pay-30% var - 5-15% super annuation - 30% tax bracket from govtd = 100-30-5% sa - 20% tax assumption=45 rs, so you get 45 at hand of your ctc is at 100 Similarly 20%var for JL5 and 10% var for JL4 Just do the math and how under par salary.

nothing good to talk about Infosys apart from its infrastructure

not at all a good company, no good pay no recognition no benefits nothing for the employees, never they will value your efforts and work done , in my 8 years I have not got any good experience from infosys

Training learning project culture work environments is super cool. Leave policy is also good. Campus life is awesome greenary campus.

Dislikes

Salary compensation and appraisal is worst. I joined 3.6 lpa and having 3yr experience and my current compensation is 4.1 lpa

It is really a good company where it gives importance to both work and family, there is a lot of scope in improving our knowledge and connections.

Dislikes

The challenges are career growth, salary perks and promotions will be delay.
