...People in top management don't care about employees'growth. 3. Joined Infosys??? Forget about getting any yearly salary hike, for as many years as you decide to stay in the company. Reason could be any -You don't meet the no. Of work years criteria / Company is not growing (but paying good dividends to share holders) / Mmmm....HR and Manager don't have any idea WHY? / Please wait for 1-2 months to get an update. 4. Campus is good. Your life at Infosys could be defined by to which project you get allocated to.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Only 20 leaves annually (5 per quarter, 4 per quarter if you're on probation). They are offering salary on basis of number of experience not with individual skills. Too many deductions in salary as per policy.

There campus is good, nothing apart from that is good.

Dislikes

No career growth, no salary hike for employees for the past 3 years, yet they send an email stating that they are increasing food court prices because they haven't done so in the last 2 years. What about employees' salaries?

Work culture and policies. Good work life balance if you are in a good project.

Dislikes

No hikes for the past several years. Getting promotions or on site is extremely difficult. Even if you get a promotion, a major share of your hike will be allocated to performance bonus, which you would never get fully.

Need advice in choosing the company. I have an offer with TCS with 10% variable and another offer with ICE almost same CTC but 20% annual bonus. For ICE, the HR says that the company will be paying 100% of the 20% bonus annually and the only criteria for this bonus is I should be an employee of the company (not resigned/serving notice period while the bonus is paid out) unlike TCS which pays quarterly, and the bonus amount depends on various criteria like company's performance, unit performance, employee ratings, etc and it may not be 100%. Please advice me if I should trust the ICE hr and go with the offer. If someone working for ICE, Please let me know how this "Bonus" Concept works in ICE. Edit: 20% bonus mentioned is included in ctc. With 20% bonus included the ICE offer matches TCS offer,for exmpl if TCS is offering 100(90+10 variable)ICE is offer same(80+20 bonus) & this bonus will be paid without any deductions whre as in TCS 10 variable may vary depending on multiple factors
